I OWN A 2005 DODGE NEON SRT4. ITS WELL KNOWN THAT 3RD GEAR SHIFT SELECTOR BENDS OVER TIME AND MAKES 3RD GEAR GRIND OR POP OUT. I HAVE EXPERIENCED THIS PROBLEM SINCE I HAVE 25K ON MY CAR AND ITS NOW AT 49K. I'VE TAKEN IT TO A FEW LOCAL DEALER SHIPS BUT NONE RESOLVED THE PROBLEM.
